J.H.Reyner was trained as a scientist. A chance encounter brought him into contact with Dr Maurice Nicoll whose philosophy and work provided an entirely new horizon. The author endeavours to illustrate in this book how this may be achieved in practice. An important resource for students of Gurdjieff and Ouspensky's teaching specifically but highly useful for spiritual practitioners more widely.
